About Us

We Are The Engine of a New Era in Racing

FC Motorsports is the engine of a new era in racing. We are not just here to compete, we are here to lead, to lift, and to launch futures. At our core, we are a professional racing organization committed to developing talent, setting new standards of performance, and rewriting the story of who belongs in motorsport.
Our elite main team showcases the highest level of technical skill, teamwork, and grit. Alongside it, our developmental B team gives space for weekend warriors, emerging drivers, and passionate learners to grow with structure, mentorship, and real track time. What sets us apart is not just how we race, but who we race with. Our all-women’s team, built by women and for women, is more than representation. It is proof of what happens when investment meets purpose, and opportunity is finally shared.
From training and coaching to technical education, from career mapping to confidence-building, our services are designed to support the full racing journey. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all path—we believe in meeting each driver where they are and helping them go further. Our deep relationships across open-wheel, GT, and stock car circuits mean our drivers are not stuck in karting. They move forward.
Our partnership with the Global Girls Development Foundation strengthens our reach and impact. Through the Fuel Her Fire initiative, we connect directly with young women who have the passion and skill but lack access. With this program, we offer microgrants, mentorship, and real racing experiences that build confidence and open doors.

“Our mission has always been bigger than the podium. We are here to build an ecosystem where talent thrives, no matter where it comes from. If we want the future of motorsport to be faster, smarter, and fairer—we have to build it ourselves. And that is exactly what we are doing.”

– FC Motorsports CEO Stephen Faber
At FC Motorsports, we do more than race. We open doors. We build futures. And we never forget where the next great driver could come from—because we are making space for them today.
